New season, new challenge — We’re so excited for our very first McAlister Training McToberfest! During this 3(ish)-week challenge (Monday, 10/8 - Wednesday, 10/31), we’re taking things up a notch in our workouts, trying new classes, and encouraging one another to get to know each other even better outside of the studio! Sorry, no beer steins just yet.
How? Earn points for coming and working hard in class. Plus, earn extra points for checking things off our McToberfest social media list!

What’s on the list?
At the studio:
+ 1 point for every class with Michael
+ 3 points for every class with Holly, Mackenzie, or Colton
+ 3 points for every class you bring a friend who is new to MT
+ In class bonus points
- 2 points for every late cancel
- 3 points for every no-show
Outside of the studio:
You must share a photo/video on social media to get points! Remember to tag @mcalistertraining and use #McToberfest!
+ 5 points for sharing what working out at MT means to you (write it, video it, sing it in a post, story, etc.)
+ 3 points for every coffee/lunch date you have with a different MT member
+ 1 point for every post-workout sweaty selfie
+ 1 point for every hike you sport MT gear (+ 3 points if you do it with another MT member)
+ 1 point for completing Michael's pumpkin workout...coming soon!
