Curious why people love working out here?

See for yourself with free classes all day Saturday, 2/21. Expect good energy, great workouts, and the best people!

“I was a little timid walking into the gym since I had never been there before but everyone was incredibly welcoming. The energy in the gym was insane, I had never met the people in the class but I felt like I was a part of a close team that wanted to build each other up and see their teammates excel and push themselves.”

First class frequently asked questions:

  • We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can give you a warm MT welcome! Be sure to bring a water bottle, too.

When you arrive at the studio, our front desk will help you check in, give you a quick tour, and introduce you to your trainer. Your trainer will ask if you have any injuries or special considerations to make sure you feel comfortable and supported. They’ll also walk you through the flow of a typical workout, so you’ll know just what to expect.

Throughout class, you’ll have the guidance of your trainer and the support of your workout partners!

  • You’re welcome to park in our shared parking lot or find street parking along Fuller Street.

Please avoid parking in any spots marked “reserved,” as those are designated for residents of the complex. Thanks for helping us be good neighbors!

  • One hour, including a guided warm-up and cool-down.

  • Yes! For your first class, we’ll typically partner you up with a current member so you’re never guessing and always supported!

If you’re coming with a friend who’s already a member, you’re welcome to go together. They’ll help show you the ropes.

  • We get it—trying new things can be nerve-wracking. But please know this: Our studio is filled with people from all walks of life and fitness levels. We’re all here to celebrate progress (not perfection) and to cheer each other on.

  • Possibly, but in a good way.

Some muscle soreness is normal, especially at first. Staying hydrated, moving lightly the next day (walking and foam rolling will feel magical), and getting good sleep will help!

  • After class, we’ll check in and help you decide what next steps make sense—whether that’s booking another class, exploring our intro offer, or simply celebrating that you showed up!
