Designed for motivated athletes ages 10–12 and 13–16, our training programs help them build strength, improve speed, and gain a real edge—no matter their sport.
To keep coaching focused and personalized, athletes are grouped by age, with small group sizes to ensure plenty of individual attention.
Here’s what to expect
Each 60-minute session takes place in-studio at McAlister Training and is designed to build total athleticism—blending strength training, movement mechanics, speed work, and power development in a supportive environment.
Led by certified trainers and former collegiate athletes, this small group program offers expert coaching in a fun, focused setting—helping athletes move better, train smarter, and perform at their highest level.
