Meet Lauren McAlister, NTP
I always knew I was meant to help others—I just didn’t realize how much healing I’d need first.
In college, a “healthy” lifestyle quickly spiraled into an obsession with calories and exercise. I spent nearly a decade battling disordered eating, body image issues, and hormonal imbalances.
But healing is possible. Today, I’m at peace with my body and proud to have turned my mess into my message. As a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), I help clients build healthier, more nourishing relationships with food and their bodies.

Meet Reese Hobby
Hey there! I’m a Cal Poly graduate with a degree in Nutrition Science and a big passion for helping people eat in a way that feels good and supports a long, healthy life.
I grew up competing in jiujitsu and wrestling, where cutting weight and watching what I ate started way earlier than it probably should’ve. That sparked my love for proper nutrition, especially when it comes to sports and active lifestyles.
Whether you're looking to level up your training or just feel better day to day, I’m here to help you find balance without the stress.
What to expect from your nutrition coaching package*
Our signature coaching experience is an upfront investment in your health, and in your relationship with food and your body. You’ll walk away with the confidence to put what you’ve learned into practice and live your life to the fullest (pun intended)!
We break the process down into 3 simple steps:

Every nutrition clients starts with this 75-minute initial session! During our time together we’ll review your food journal and intake form, discuss your current lifestyle, and set both short- and long-term goals.
You’ll leave with practical education and a clear, personalized plan to get started. This includes detailed notes you can revisit anytime.

Three 45-minute follow-up sessions over 3–4 months to track progress, celebrate wins, and refine your plan!
Each session includes new action steps, continued education, and detailed notes so you always know your next move.

Helpful guides, continuing education, and quick text/email check-ins for questions, nudges, and extra support.
We’ll adjust and expand your plan so your nutrition evolves as you do!
*One-off sessions are available, but for the most impactful and lasting change, we recommend a full package!
