What sets our circuit training classes apart?

Every McAlister workout is thoughtfully programmed to both challenge and support you. We combine a dynamic mix of machines, free weights, bodyweight movements, TRX, and more—intentionally designed to build power, endurance, and functional strength.

Our Monday, Wednesday, and Friday classes follow a progressive strength program, so you’ll build week over week and actually see your lifts—and your confidence—grow. Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday sessions are full-body with specific focuses and progressive movements, designed to keep training fresh while still moving you forward.

Current weekly workout split:*

  • Monday (Strength): Hamstrings, glutes, and triceps

  • Tuesday (Cardio): Full body

  • Wednesday (Strength): Chest and back

  • Thursday (Core): Full body

  • Friday (Strength): Quads, biceps, and shoulders

  • Saturday (Trainer’s Choice): Full body

  Here’s what you can expect from each circuit training class: 

  • Show up early to stretch out and foam roll. It’s our favorite time check in with familiar faces, and welcome new ones!

  • Prep your body for the workout ahead with a variety of dynamic movements designed to activate key muscles and improve mobility.

    Fun fact: Our warm-up is the same for every group class. If you're new, we’ll pair you with a McAlister regular to guide you through the flow—don’t worry, you’ll have it down in no time!

  • Watch as your trainer breaks down each movement, offering form tips and options to accommodate a variety of fitness levels.

    What makes our programming unique is the thoughtful approach we take—balancing structure with variety to keep every workout fresh, challenging, and fun.

  • Partner up and get moving! Your trainer will pump the jams, make sure your form is on point, and give plenty of shout-outs to keep you going strong.

  • Follow your trainer’s lead and take a few minutes to cool down. Just a few minutes of stretching allows you to recover, reflect, and leave feeling grounded and ready to take on whatever comes next!

  • Celebrate your hard work with one last round of high fives. You crushed it!
