Benefits of our program
Hands-on learning: Get real-world experience under the guidance of our studio founder and master trainer Michael McAlister. When it comes to coaching and programming, there’s truly no one like Michael—his expertise and energy make him an incredible mentor.
This kind of hands-on experience is rare—you’ll learn directly from a trainer with over a decade of expertise!
Commitment to continued growth: We’re proud to partner with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) to offer a heavily discounted Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification—completed before or alongside our program. Already certified? You’ll earn 1.9 NASM CEUs through our curriculum while gaining real, hands-on coaching experience.
Your certification and experience don’t stop at our doors—NASM accreditation plus practical application gives you the confidence and credibility to thrive in any fitness setting.
Mentorship: Receive personalized feedback and guidance from senior trainers throughout the program.
Community: Connect with like-minded fitness professionals and enthusiasts as part of the McAlister studio family.
“I cannot imagine stepping into a career in fitness without this experience. It would have been like learning to drive without actually getting behind the wheel!
Michael is one of the most knowledgeable people I have met in this industry. He blew me away with how he was able to cater to each and every individual's learning style, background, experience level, and goals. This program was thorough, engaging, fun, and worth every penny!"
