Every workout is designed to help you move better and walk out stronger than when you came in.
Here’s what our class flow looks like:

Show up early to stretch out and foam roll. It’s our favorite time check in with familiar faces, and welcome new ones!

Prep your body for the workout ahead with a variety of dynamic movements designed to activate key muscles and improve mobility.
Fun fact: Our warm-up is the same for every group class. If you're new, we’ll pair you with a McAlister regular to guide you through the flow—don’t worry, you’ll have it down in no time!

Watch as your trainer breaks down each movement, offering form tips and options to accommodate a variety of fitness levels.
What makes our programming unique is the thoughtful approach we take—balancing structure with variety to keep every workout fresh, challenging, and fun.

Partner up and get moving! Your trainer will pump the jams, make sure your form is on point, and give plenty of shout-outs to keep you going strong.

Follow your trainer’s lead and stretch it out. Just a few minutes of stretching allows you to recover, reflect, and leave feeling grounded and ready to take on whatever comes next!

Celebrate your hard work with one last round of high fives. You crushed it!

But first…parking! You’ll find parking in the lot around the studio and along Fuller Street. Please help us be good neighbors by avoiding any spaces marked “Reserved.”
We ask that you arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can give you a warm MT welcome! Be sure to bring a water bottle, too.
When you walk through the doors, our front desk team will help you check in, give you a quick tour, and introduce you to your trainer. Your trainer will ask if you have any injuries or special considerations so we can make sure you feel comfortable and supported. They’ll also walk you through the flow of a typical workout so you know exactly what to expect.
Throughout class, you’ll have the guidance of your trainer and the support of your workout partners!

Yes! For your first class, we’ll typically partner you up with a current member so you’re never guessing and always supported!
If you’re coming with a friend who’s already a member, you’re welcome to go together. They’ll help show you the ropes.

Your 3 weeks start on the day of your first class, not the day you purchase. This gives you flexibility to plan your first workout when it works best for you.

Pick up your punch card at the front desk before or after your first class and bring it each time you train.

There’s no commitment after your Intro ends, but we think you’ll love it so much, you’ll want to keep going.
When you sign up before your 3 weeks are up, you’ll get a discount off your first month of select memberships. Talk to the front desk for all the details!

Most people start to feel really comfortable after just a couple of classes, although our goal is for you to feel encouraged and supported from day one.
By the end of the 3 weeks, you’ll know your way around (yes, even the warm-up!), recognize familiar faces, and feel stronger in the movements. Promise.
