Shred Ready!
4 Week Hybrid strength program for Skiers and Riders
Ski and Snowboard Conditioning Program
Maximize your days on the mountain with a 4-week strength and stability program designed for skiers and riders.
The Goal: Make Every Run Count
Living in San Luis Obispo, we have to commit to get to the snow. Whether you are driving five hours to the Sierras or flying out of state, the trip is an investment of time and money. When you finally get there, you don't want to waste your first weekend "getting your legs back" or calling it quits early because your body is fatigued.
What to expect
Our hybrid approach combines weekly in-person coaching with a digital tracking program to master mountain-specific mechanics. Over four weeks, we bridge the gap between gym strength and slope readiness by integrating hands-on instruction with consistent online accountability.
-
We meet once a week for a focused session. This is not a lecture—it is a workout. We will break down the biomechanics of riding and apply them to strength practices. Come prepared to work.
-
Consistency is key. You will receive access to our online workout program to track your movements throughout the season. This allows you to follow along with workouts at home, track your progress, and stay accountable even when you are on the road.
-
The total cost for the program is $199. This covers all four in-person coaching sessions as well as your digital access to the app for the season. You get the hands-on instruction to learn the movements correctly, and the digital tools to keep your body shred-ready all winter long.
The Focus: Mountain-Specific Movement
Skiing and snowboarding require unique physical demands that standard gym workouts often miss. We focus on four pillars of performance:
Eccentric Control: The ability to resist gravity and absorb force—essential for controlling your descent and saving your knees.
Multi-Planar Power: We train your body to generate power side-to-side and rotationally, not just in a straight line.
Deep Stability: Core and joint balance exercises to keep you upright in variable terrain.
Endurance: Conditioning designed to sustain your energy levels for long days on the hill.
