Grayson has called San Luis Obispo home since high school, with a few adventures along the way, including earning her undergraduate degree at Boston University and moving to San Diego to pursue her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Growing up, she explored a variety of sports and dance, but it wasn’t until college that she discovered her passion for weightlifting and strength training. Since then, she has built her own foundation in fitness and earned her NASM Certified Personal Trainer certification.
Now working full-time in an outpatient physical therapy clinic, Grayson works with a diverse range of patients, including athletes and individuals recovering from orthopedic and neurological conditions. Her background in physical therapy and personal training fuels her passion for helping people move better, build strength, and gain confidence in and out of the gym.
When she’s not in the clinic or at the gym, you can probably find Grayson out on a run, exploring the outdoors, spending time with friends, or enjoying everything the SLO lifestyle has to offer!
