Everything you need to know about our New Client Intro Offer
You’re in, and we’re all in with you. Let’s do this!
-
Our New Client Intro Offer gives you the chance to see what our studio all about:
Unlimited circuit training classes for 3 weeks
Access to expert personal trainers who know how to challenge and support you
A community that’s all about showing up, working hard, and having fun
This is your first step toward more strength, more energy, and more of what you’re capable of.
-
Your 3-weeks kick off the day you take your first class using pricing option. Need a hand booking that first one? We’ve got you.
-
You can book classes through our website or the Mindbody app (download it here!). Log in using the same email you used to sign up and search for McAlister Training—your Intro Offer will sync automatically and be ready to go!
Having trouble? Please reach out—we’re here to help!
-
We’re not above a little bribery to get you moving 😉
Pick up your punch card at the front desk before or after your first Intro Offer class and bring it each time you train.
After 5 classes, you’ll earn a guest pass to share with a friend.
Hit 10 classes, and you’ll score a free McAlister tee—because hard work deserves to be repped.
-
Stop by the front desk or email us at hello@mcalistertraining.com, and we’ll help get your guest signed up for their class! -
There’s no commitment after your Intro Offer ends—though we think you’ll love it so much, you’ll want to keep going.
When you sign up before your 3 weeks are up, you’ll get a discount off your first month of select memberships. Talk to the front desk for all the details!
-
We’ve got your back!
Chat with a trainer or front desk team member anytime at the studio
Call the studio at (805) 439-4855

Totally normal—and honestly, we love this question!
Most people start to feel more comfortable after just a couple of classes, although our goal is for you to feel encouraged and supported from day one,
By the end of your intro, you’ll know your way around (yes, even the warmup), recognize familiar faces, and feel stronger in the movements. Promise.
