Postnatal Small Group Training

Our postnatal sessions aim to rebuild the core, strengthen the pelvic floor, and teach proper engagement techniques for workouts and daily life.

Our Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist will support you as you return to your favorite circuit training workouts (MT classes, included)!
